I felt super motivated once I’d been matched with my health coach. The app was really easy to use and it’s been incredibly helpful to help me change my daily habits and stay fit and healthy. Other ways to stay healthy have not been successful but finally I feel on the right track! Loads of personalised articles too. Would recommend
Great app and really easy to use. You can choose the coach that best suits you rather than get randomly assigned so it feels more personal and supportive!
