I tried resending code for 3x already still I did not receive anything. Not a good app

this is a late review, i only remembered to make a review when i saw a notification banner on my phone. i only downloaded this app because of the feature where you can schedule a trip beforehand. a week before Christmas last year, i booked 2 weeks before my flight only for it to be cancelled 30 minutes before my actual ride to the airport. it was already difficult to get a ride during the holiday season, this app made it even more inconvenient.

The app itself is buggy. The service itself is extremely unreliable, contrary to what it portrays via its social media influencer campaigns. It’s extremely hard to book and when your request gets accepted, some of its drivers ask you to cancel. Big thumbs down… better off using other establish ride sharing apps.

What’s the purpose of th pre-booking feature if your app cannot service customers accordingly? For context I booked my airport transport 3 days before my flight and Avis texted 1 hour before the said booking that there isn’t enough drivers. Just shut down already. Super hassle!!!’

I always go for Avis since ever since 5 stars!
