Just got my score dinged for literally going straight. I think the recent update is to blame. All was good before, now I’m being penalized for no fault of mine.

The cornering score in the app is TERRIBLY calculated and completely unrealistic. Please fix ASAP!!!

I have tried emailing no response. I can’t create an account and I would really like to be able to and I give a better review if the app worked. have driven multiple times it’s not recording nothing very poor act app should also work without an Internet connection. I cannot afford to have my data on 24 seven just so we can track my driving one star thumbs down.👎⭐️

I have read the responses to other’s from the developers about slowing down enough to not generate force as you’re cornering. I slow down to 15-20 km and still get dinged! To the point of many, many users, you have to slow down to practically nothing to not get dinged! If you have to turn onto a road where the speed limit is 60km or higher, that in itself is dangerous! Sometimes you have to quickly turn where there is a gap to get in, and then that means accelerating faster than you’d normally accelerate just to get up to the speed of the vehicles behind so that they don’t have to hit their brakes. If people didn’t do that, especially during peak times like rush hour, you’ll never get to your destination and just holding up traffic. These things need to be taken into consideration as it is not fair that we’re all getting dinged for what would be considered normal cornering. I also get dinged at a bend by my house “every single time” even though I am even driving the speed limit! Explain that one! And Context, it seems like that is just there to bring down the overall driving score. It makes no sense.

The app calculates the data points incorrectly, passing roundabouts are considered cornering and put a big dent in your driving score.

Cornering is just wrong. Distracted driving metric also records just being parked and operating a device.

The way it tracks your driving habits is not well developed, I always get marked for cornering, but what am I supposed to do? Stop the constant traffic to do it in 1km/h??? The other factors is okay. Now another thing that should be improved is the app optimization, it runs in background mode, which even in a new phone drains the battery this is not just because of background running but all the resources it uses. 10% of my battery is gone in one hour, and 10% used to be somewhat around 2-3 hours

Been using the app since I joined last week and I am already experiencing terrible results. Trips are not being recorded, and I don’t get the “ Context” tracking, it records the time, day and where you drive. I feel it’s a bit unfair if you drive on a daily basis to major thorough fares, you’ll get low scores. I hope they do something about this app.

I just switched insurance companies to RBC and in order to get a discount, I needed to download this app. Well, I’ve had a few trips now and none of them are recording. Also, it says that you can switch into passenger mode while you’re not driving… I’ve looked everywhere on this app and cannot find passenger mode… So I would like to know where I can find it. So far, I’m not impressed at all.

Everything seem ok except cornering and context. I stopped at a Stop sign with a full stop and make a turn in a normal speed, it will give you a bad cornering.
