Cameras take a while to load when opening the app. Not only that but when looking at all the cameras at once there’s no lag once it’s loaded. Once I click on a certain camera there’s a huge lag. My internet connection is perfectly fine. They need to seriously work on their software and listen to there customers complaints.
Worst system I’ve ever used. I have 1GB internet service and can’t keep these cameras online for more than 10 seconds
I have tried everything and the app isn’t user friendly at all. The other issue I have is that it is usually offline and then takes way too long downloading.
My only complaint is that it takes forever to load my actual cameras. It has nothing to do with my Internet or my location. Which they pop up faster!
App seems to hang about 50% of the time when I try to view my cameras. Sometimes won’t connect. The tech who installed my system a few months back even had issues getting the app to save the New Device and he spent more time trying to get that to work than installing the system and when it did finally work he did the same steps he had tried 30+ times previously which made no sense.
