This disappointing. It’s not working after I update the application, it’s shows an error saying to contact the nearest branch for activation, and when I went to branches they say there is a problem with IOS version of Awash bank.

The app doesn’t work at all

I recently changed my phone and I transferred all my apps to my new phone. Everything is working except for my Awash Birr app, it keeps giving me a message to go to the nearest branch and I leave outside of Ethiopia. I did update the app and still doesn’t work.

How to reload the app not working

I don’t understand why this app exists. I haven’t met a single iPhone user who’s been able to set up an account on here, let alone to move money. Just you can only cater to android users and go.

Why is there no update for iOS I am not able to transfer to telebirr, because it is not possible to write the amount…. Please fix ASAP

It used to be very fast and user friendly on my previous android. But recently I found the app is non functional on later version of iphone. I don’t know how such giant bank couldn’t fix simple app problem to work on every type of phone. I don’t know awash to this level. Please work on such unacceptable obstacle on users. Otherwise it’s leading and excellent among bank industry for customers
