AWS Wickr

Every time I try to sign in, it kicks me off and says, signed out. I tried changing the password which it allowed me to do, but then when I went back to sign in again, it kicked me out. Unable to sign in no matter what.

I have been a user of AWS Wickr and Wickr Pro for over 5 years. 16 days ago my account was abruptly suspended with no explanation. And certainly no refund for the portion of the monthly fee was provided or offered. I have since now attempted to contact assistance by emailing two individual reps and making a general “help” query. I have received no reply whatsoever. This outage has happened my ability to communicate with clients and share documents. It must be nice to treat customers with such contempt…

Now only guest access available, I can’t communicate with business and other . Idiots work here

Don’t download unless you are ready to pay huge amount to AWS.

The vast majority of the reviews here were imported from the former WickrMe app, which was a true privacy-focused communication tool. The newer AWS Wickr destroyed all of that and forces the user to hand over PII to use it and tracks user metadata - consumer beware! Most users I know have abandoned the platform for better alternatives.

Signing in on iPadOS is impossible. The login page just goes black and it’s not possible to enter you password. Get with the program, folks!

Wickr & Wickr Me used to be awesome. Now it’s absolutely horrible. I rated it 1 star because that’s the lowest. It should actually be a negative number.
