Worst banking app available on App Store! Not at all user friendly. Seems newcomer has created app. Just for app, I will be changing my bank.

Axis created a great interface for customer satisfaction

shame on axis. such bad app with very limited functionality.

If you are looking for Current account service in India the best is ICICI (Instabiz). It’s the 100time superior banking application than any other bank. Opening an account in ICICI will make your life easy. My finance team made a big mistake, trying to help others who are looking for an option between HDFC/Axis/ICICI/Kotak. This review is after using all the above corporate banking application. (Note: This is Purely a corporate account review)

Useless app.

As a Axis Burgundy customer, I never realised the folly that I made while setting up a company current account with axis. The staff is misinformed, the online and app based current account banking is worse than govt owned banks. The charges are sky high and in spite of account closure request - it’s not closed and kept pending to incur more penalty charges. I’m compiling to RBI on this horrendous behaviour by the current accounts department, please avoid at all cost. Current account team has a sarkari babu type attitude and does not deserve a single rupee.

Unable to look at the transaction for a period ; can only see outstanding balance and make payments; else app is useless and not user friendly at all. Always getting below message when looking for statements: Please select Transaction Period or Date Range and click on Go / Get Statement to view statement. Earlier atleast saw day to day transactions and now nothing is visible upfront. Where is the Go and get statement or view statement on app?

The most common, basic and widely used feature of seeing transaction details/ statements is missing on the app for years. Not sure why this feature is not available even after multiple feedback’s.

Hi Team, Below are few bugs in your application which I want to highlight 1) Not able to download statement of current date many times 2) Not able to raise the request for cheque book 3) Many times server is down 4) Not able see party name in transaction related messages. Requesting you to kindly work on the same on priority basis. As this is the very basic requirement for any customer who is using this application.
