Axis Mobile Digital Rupee

Transaction is pending for more than 12 days. Amount already debited but it did not get credited to beneficiary yet, neither did it fail. It’s still in processing state. The email address of digital rupee customer care never replied even after more then 4-5 emails.

-Several times, I tried to load my digital account, but it’s failed

This app is ok but the transactions are failing . There is a issue maybe with the back end . This is not expected from axis .
