It seems the app does not align with my account. On the 30th of April I upgraded my fibre line from 50/25 to 200/100. The app stated (and still states) that activation will happen on the 30th of April…it is the 10th of May and still my fibre is on 50/25 EVEN THOUGH the app states the activation will happen the 30th of April
Cannot access my monthly usage. Please help.

Struggle to open this app been 30 minutes
There is not an option to renew bank card
(iPhone 11 with the latest iOS installed and the latest Axxess app installed). Daily, weekly and monthly graphs are not displayed. Only an error message with “no usage data to display” is shown. Other than that, everything else is working very well on the app.
Useless
