The app is a joke. The agency doesn’t respond back, only one agency shows up and even if other agencies are requesting I respond to visit they want me to see talk about a waste of time and money the call center doesn’t know help you.
I have made patient visits for the past three weeks, and the app will not allow me to add my bank account to get paid. I have called customer service and have a HELP ticket number, but no one has helped me. The phone hold time is long, and each time, I am told the problem will be escalated to technical support.
I was only paid for half a visit they have open a claim and can’t do anything else. They stole my Monday this was April 11th visit
I was shorted money from one agency and no one seems to know why. Two weeks waiting and no one knows where my money is at. All they offer to do is notate the ticket. I now have to audit my bank statements and compare to visits in the app. This makes me feel like they have been intentionally keeping part of my pay or I am not being paid all of my earnings. Anyone else have this issue?
This app keeps shutting down and won’t allow me to upload documents or see visits in my area. I tried the website too. There is no customer service available on weekends and when you get in contact with someone, they are of no help. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app, turning my phone on/off. Nothing works. Hopefully a real company serious about making money will invest in good technology so patients don’t suffer!
My active license cannot be verified. I talked to someone on the phone to verify and complete the sign up process for me. It worked briefly and back to the regular monthly or so text messages saying my license credentials could not be verified. Waste of my time
I have tried getting visits and it’s been very difficult. The two or threee visits assigned, the patients were difficult to reach and schedule, or just did not answer or return calls. I submitted messages to the agencies letting them know but never heard back from anyone. I request visits days ahead and never hear back from anyone, just see as applied. I’ve even seen visits removed and then reposted at lower rates. I keep trying because I need extra visits but I am considering just deleting this app and trying something else.
I completed all of the requirements, then spent an entire day completing the Axxess Certification so I could begin seeing patients. When it came time to upload the completed certifications, the app had an error message and wouldn’t upload. I tried everything, then called Axxess to assist with the problem. They’ve been unable to assist with this issue so far and it’s been a week. What a waste of time and effort!
It’s just frustrating you are hiring a call center agent name Nikki and doesn’t have idea how your app works. Worst is that your agent will assume what’s on her mind and not checking what the real problem is. You need to train your call center agent because we are dealing with real patients and real people. I’m one of your clinicians that is very frustrated and very disappointed with her action.
