Since the latest update the app logs you out any time you close the app and then black screens upon opening the app. Today I can’t log in at all.

This app need totally fixed, always have a problem or bugs. So annoying to clock in and out😆😆😆

I actually don’t like this app it constantly messes up and kicks me out and it’s always talking about an error and won’t let me clock in to my to job I honestly think this app is a waste fix it or get rid of it

The app seems to be disturbing these days a lot

Ever since the update, when I open the app, it says “session expired” then black screen. After closing and reopening, I have to enter in my credentials all over again. Which becomes a pain because some of my clients are in a low cell signal area. PLEASE FIX THIS.

Very slow

The menus are drawn out and confusing to read, steps you do to clock in and out are not saved and I often have to re-do them. It logs me out so often, and glitches when I try to log in. Truly a horrible app

When writing a narrative I have to press the narrative button tons of times just for it to open. All narratives should be able to be viewed like you can on the computer Notes that are returned should show up a different color like on the computer Also app lacks overall performance as it is often glitchy and doesn’t work properly consistently which results in charting errors, clock in and out errors and other various problems

App keeps crashing says, “something went wrong please try again later” -when I attempt to log in or out. I hope they fix this as this is app is what I use to clock in and out of my shifts and I have to be calling my supervisor all the time about this issue.

Glitches often. Intermittent problem trying to sign out. If you call for support be prepared to spend 30 minutes on hold. Other aides I work with have the same problems.
