Yes like the other reviews the app is kinda trash. It needs a lot of upgrading. And it is a bit frustrating about the whole WiFi deal. However the camera recording quality is good. I was surprised about that. I’ve only had it for a short time, hoping everything goes smoothly.

I can’t download the video and can’t play the video it is useless

Azdome has the best dashcams. Unfortunately, the app is the worst. You cannot view the videos from your phone unless your phone is connected to the dashcam that is turned on. For you to view all of the dashcam videos---manually eject the micro SD card and view it on your computer. I do not know what’s the purpose of this app in an emergency at all.

Kept asking me to turn off mobile date again and again even though I have already turned it off! Can’t use this app if that is not fixed!

So when do you all plan on fixing this app? Cant even access the footage without being stuck in the setup screen.

App ask me turn off cellular network where cellular network is not even on

I have this cam for 2yrs now, today i wanted to upgrade its sd card and asked me to format the new sd card and tried to connect wirelessly but wont let me even thou the cam says its connected but app says its not connected?

The app needs to be updated so that I’m able to use my m300s camera. The last updated bug fix excluded my and others m300s. Please take care of the issue so we can use our in dash cam.

I’m able to connect to my M330 using the android version of this app, but the latest iPhone version simply doesn’t work. After successfully connecting to Wi-Fi the app alerts you to turn off mobile data, which was turned off from the beginning. There is no way to proceed and it’s a complete failure. Please fix this obvious oversight as it also fails on Wi-Fi only iPad tablets with no cellular service or mobile data.
