They will give you all false information just to Rent the house and once the service fee is paid they donot care if you live or die. None of your issues will be resolved and no one is willing to take ownership also. So all in all a very bad experience.

I raised tickets multiple times and the tickets are closed by the PoC without informing or resolving the issue. There are several problems on how the business is run Prob 1: this business is not made for tenants. So, nobody owns the issue/request(s) raised by a tenent. If you are a tenent, look for a property, which has private property manager. Prob 2: as soon as Azuro receives service fee, nobody cares if you live or die. I have asked for some crucial belongings that were handed over by the owner to Azuro. Those belongings were never handed over to us irrespective of multiple calls and tickets. Prob 3: there is no visibility of the shift of the PoC. Most of the times when we try to contact, the PoC says he is on leave. There is no contact of the PoC’s manager or any secondary PoC. They promise many things like “I’ll arrange a con call with the owner”, “this issue will be fixed before you move in”, blah blah blah. Trust me, it’s better to not tie up with Azuro instead of relying on their business execution.

Absolutely horrendous experience with the Azuro company. I've never encountered such incompetence and negligence in my life. They not only failed to resolve the issues I faced but also displayed a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not even on their radar. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs. One star is too generous for the level of disappointment they've brought into my life.

I have rent my flat on this site very poor service . Azuro also take extra money from owner. Property manger not responding quickly and take too much time to response. Totally disappointed 😔

I have three properties in Hyderabad and gave all of them to Azuro. I have lot of problems putting my time and energy for tenant searching, maintaining my property and paperwork but as soon as my brother suggested this app I came into touch with these guys and rest is just checking my bank balance every month without any headache ✌🏻

The most pathetic service providers in the real estate industry. I can go as far as to say that they solve nothing and just add onto your work by being irksome middlemen. From misrepresentations of property related details, miscommunication/omission of crucial society related rules to a hassle induced rent payment experience on their app which doesn’t work often, your friendly neighbourhood broker provides much more smoother service, taking into account customer needs.

One of the worst service provider in the real estate market. Highly unprofessional and unresponsive in areas of timelines, deep cleaning, regular assistance to the tenants and any other related service..My 60000 is still not refunded by the owner and Azuro was equally responsible for such a scam

The app is poorly designed and crashes frequently. There is also a need for allowing customers to manage their properties within the app.
