B Strong BFR Training

The BFR bands are great, but the app could use some refining. Don’t let this steer you away from buying BFR bands, though! They are a phenomenal workout!

The app works fine. The expensive BFR bands do not work well and leak. Customer support is less than helpful. Buy another product I suggest

On the 21 day starter program there are quite a few workouts that don’t load despite having the most up to date version of the app.

I like the concept for the app but delivery is clunky. Good potential here

Non-playing demo videos unless you play around with buttons and doesn’t allow my music to play simultaneously during demos

Won’t let me create a password - can’t log in- i would say that’s more than just a kink

I really enjoy using the bands but the app is very glitchy. It has some good, basic content. But only half of it downloads.

This app is not user friendly!

I’ve been using my B Strong bands for about two months now and absolutely love what they have done for my body. The original “app” I used suddenly stopped working and I knew this must mean the new app was ready to download. I wish there would have been a grace period with the old app still working until being able to peruse the new app and study the workout options. I’m sure once the kinks are worked out, this will be my new favorite app. Ask me to review it again in a month or two and I’ll be able to give better feedback.
