The app doesn’t start, showing error 404, trying for other a month to get to my account

This app no longer loads properly. Once it faceid authenticates I just get a white screen.

This app is terrible they robbed my 100 hundred pound and locked me out of my account don’t be a victim like me there not professional at all

As many will know getting verified on these sorts of applications can be a nightmare but with this app it was pretty seamless for me and any queries I had on it were answered quite quickly by a very helpful young lady from customer service. I think the whole exchange screen is brilliant now it has been updated too and gives a really cool vibe to it as some can be quite basic and rough looking... I also still can’t believe I am in a time where I can go to the shop for some bread and petrol and pay with Bitcoin on my Baanx card!!! Crazy! Keep up the good work and keep the cool features coming!

So I’ve downloaded the app, sent money over to order my card and well, nothing? Money has been sent yet hours later nothing has landed? This ain’t a good start...

Would be fantastic if only you could send. Out coins tokens instantly sometimes it’s next day,this a big big disincentive to trad through nanny,otherwise it’s great

Sent money one week ago and money still not deposited !!!

This is an intuitive app to use and makes crypto assets and payment options accessible to everyone on the move. I’ve tested it with deposits, buying BXX tokens and buying BTC - all works great.

I have been waiting over 120 hours for this stupid app to release my purchased cryptocurrency, don’t download this app, they take very long to release your cryptocurrency!!!

Really simple to use app, makes cryptocurrency usable on a day to day basis! Loving the ability to spend my crypto via a Visa card! Keep up the good work
