Game won’t load
I downloaded app just fine and play the free play. Then I purchase slot coins and have not been able to play not once. The game freezes as it tries to load. This is so frustrating and no one responds to my complaint. I reall wondered if this is a scam.
Poor customer SVC. And glitch glitch glitch
After repeated attempts to work with customer service, they remained steadfast that I, the user was wrong about their system glitches not rewarding awards in game. I would stay far away unless you want to waste your time. The game is full of glitches that CS is unwilling to support properly even after providing screenshots and proof. Look elsewhere. You have been warned!

game wanted me to sign in so i can “save my progression” but when i did, i lost $4+ trillion dollars that i had saved. and brought my lvl 450+ back down to 1 and won’t let me get my old file back. biggest scam.

Retrigger broken
It’s a fun game, yet everytime I get free spins and it retriggers the game locks up.
Game freeze all of a sudden
Just had a brand new battery installed in my phone. Now the game is freezing up all of a sudden. Can’t play for more than 5 or 6 spins before it freezes. Tried to contact customer support but it froze and wouldn’t allow me to send the email message. What to do? Deleted the game and reinstalling it to see if it helps any. Update: well, now I’m back to the beginning, with only 100,000,000 coins instead of the over 4 trillion coins I had. Very disappointing for me and for that to happen. Normally when I do that with a game it fixes the problem; it doesn’t restart me from the very beginning and there’s no way to screen shot the amount I had. I love the game but if there’s no way to solve the issue then unfortunately I am going to have to delete it, considering I’ve been playing it for a very long time.

I’ve contacted customer service more than once regarding these frequent episodes. They’re response is: “Oh, you need to download the newest update.” Done…still happens!!!😣 Not cool.
