Only works internal WiFi connection Settings and subscription are not simple and just Dumbed Down for stupid people

Both this app( it was working okay in the first couple of days, but when started to use more often, problems would appear veery often. In one sleep of 2hours I have to go and reconnect to the baby’s station like 6-12 times. This started recently and it’s very annoying. Btw the app is one of the most expensive ones in this category. Would not buy it again.

They make it extremely difficult to unsubscribe after agreeing to a free trial. There is no way to cancel subscription on the app. You’d have thought that ‘restore purchases’ and receiving a notification that the purchase has been restored would have achieved it. Or maybe sending them an email to tell them you want to unsubscribe. But no. I have now been charged for the full year. Dodgy and manipulative.

Great idea with some good features it doesn't work in a dark room so no use as a baby monitor when travelling. Also the ipad image is to zoomed meaning need to put ipad directly next to crib and find means of balancing for the angle. We dowloaded the trial whilst visiting family abroad so didn't have our monitor with us and thought we had found a travel solution… Unfortunately after 1 day of using we realised it was’nt appropriate for us as the room to dark, the camera zoom un adjustable on the app and positioning of the ipad a balancing game unless your happy for the baby to have it in the cot. Even worse as we away and forgot to cancel until one day to late we are hit with three months minimum auto renewal. Disappointed

I downloaded this app as I had forgotten my baby monitor when staying overnight at my parents and needed an option to utilise phone and iPad, other apps I looked at only have 15minutes for free trial, this one offered 3 days. This seems straight forward to use and as a link between the devices it’s ok. I had an issue where I wanted my phone as the parent device and my iPad as the baby monitor. The screen wouldn’t rotate on the phone so when the iPad was landscape the phone only showed a small portion of what could be seen by the iPad, and the image didn’t change when the phone was rotated landscape. So I had to have the iPad portrait to be able to use the video. There didn’t seem to be this problem though when I briefly tried the iPad as the parent device. I didn’t want to leave my phone in the baby’s room in case I had calls or texts and the phone disturbed my baby. There doesn’t seem to be a night vision mode and I think that could be a device thing so can’t blame the app if it isn’t available on phone. But when it became dark couldn’t see anything on the video stream so just used the app for sound so I could hear in the other room. The issue I had with the sound was it seemed too sensitive, it was picking up sounds outside the room such as the bathroom door being closed, which then seemed to be even louder through the app/phone even when turning phone volume as low as possible with it being on silent, the noises of the baby fidgeting in their sleep was sooo loud it seemed excessive (could when she twitched a foot) and kept me awake, I ended up staying in the same room as her in the end and gave up using the app. Overall i feel this is a nice little app, that got me out of a pinch, but I wouldn’t use it as my main baby monitor. It’s great if it’s light as you can see through the video and hear everything, but I feel it falls down overnight as noise levels were just too much I couldn’t see anywhere on the app either to be able to adjust sensitivity levels or adjust level of volume through app

My wife and I tried this App and we decided not to keep it so we wanted to cancel our free 3 days trial but unfortunately the only option we have is to cancel the Renewal subscription but not the current year subscription! We tried to email them but their email bounced back!!

This app had a “3 day free trial” but you have to cancel at least one day in advance, so it’s actually a two day trial. No one wants to use a device as a dedicated baby monitor so this app is primarily useful when you realize you’ve left your baby monitor at home while traveling. No one actually needs or wants a one year subscription to this, certainly not for $35.

Downloaded on two phones for the free trial. Canceled on one phone and didn’t see how to cancel on the other so I thought it was fine since they were connected to the same account. Saby charged me on the other phone. Not cool, especially since the cancelation button was not there when I went to cancel on the second phone. Maybe I missed it, but if so, two emails should have been sent out for both accounts, and I only got one. Not the mention… it’s ridiculously expensive for a subscription. $32.99 on one phone? Which is useless without the other phone… so $66 for a year of use (I’m pretty sure it’s actually more than this)…. It’s a joke. Buy a physical monitor instead. It’s more worth your money. Or, if you have two phones to make this work, just do a video call with them and put one phone on mute and speaker! That’s free and works just as well!

Beware. It says cancel anytime, but does not seem to provide a cancel button in the app when trying to cancel within the three day trial. Seems crooked to me. App worked ok. Better off just buying a $30 monitor on amazon.

Downloaded for the three day trial, but it wasn’t exactly what we wanted. Canceled before day three and they charged us for a year. Shady business practices. Wouldn’t trust them.
