Can’t play the game, it’s stuck on the babybus logo and just keeps repeating itself :(

Not sure what’s wrong. I downloaded the game twice and both times there was no sound
Game won’t start
My daughter loves the BabyBus games but we have come across a few lately that will not even start on my phone. Just replays the intro over and over again. Very disappointing!!!
