Continuous loss off data. Very annoyed with this app as it keeps happening. Will find another app for tracking as this is unrelyable for tracking anything baby related !!!

Good app. The “updates” within the app are often very frustrating and can cause things not to be recorded or saved (feeding, nappy changes, sleeps) which is super frustrating. Other than that mashes tracking things way! Love the little tips and info pages

This looks great and I’d love to use it, but I can’t seem to find a way to pool the data with another account. This is a deal breaker for me.

I’ve found the nappy and feed trackers helpful when I’m overtired and can’t remember when I last did them. It would be helpful if the milestone tracker could have wider targets for premature babies - I know he’s doing fine for his developmental age but I do still feel a bit of a sting when he’s not up to things other babies his age can do because he was 2 months prem.

I have used this app for over 2 years and with my first baby, it was amazing and so reliable. I have been using this app for my second baby for about 6 months and it started off just as I remember it, but has recently had a few issues that I can see in the reviews others have also had. The biggest one is the app keeps deleting data (especially most recent data) and always has “restoring data, do not close the app” appear. Hopefully there is a planned update coming soon for this app because it really is a lifesaver when it works properly!

sometimes glitches and forgets feeds and i have to manually put them back in. quite annoying when baby is hungry asking for food and i gotta scrable on this app to find what side i fed him from last

The functionality of this app is good and I’ve used it for a while, but am annoyed that it keeps on saying “Restoring database…” and quite often will erase the data of recent feeds which defeats the purpose of why I’m using the app.

Have been using the app religiously for 2 years since my first born Now that I’ve had my second, the app is unreliable and unusable. Such great features like graph layouts and articles wasted due to an IT glitch that doesn’t seem important. Note that when the app was helpful, I actually went and brought Philip products because I thought it was a reflection of the brand as a whole. Now, not so much

I have used the app for over 2 years now, and although I only log sleep to keep track of my troublesome sleeper it has become completely unreliable. Almost daily it pops up with ‘restoring data’ and subsequently deletes entries. Of lucky only one, although it has gone so far as to delete 5 days of data. I have submitted several feed back forms regarding this and have been told that to restore is possible but it is also such a hassle as it is not simple. Clearly from reviews this issue dates back over 12 months now but apparently there is no interest in updating it to make it workable. Now I am expecting my second I will definitely be finding a different app to use as I cannot continue to use this app with a newborn while it continues to be so unreliable!

Annoying as hell when it removes data when it says it’s doing a restore. It’s getting beyond frustrating now as I just did a 1:30am feed and saved it… and it removed all the feeds I had recorded back to 10am yesterday. It’s an ongoing issue and seems I am not the only person having it. About ready to give up and try a new app. Edit: rather than telling people to get info restored… why not implement a fix since looking at the reviews its been going on for some time now.
