Babylist Baby Registry

I liked the app and the convenience to add gifts but I had to reach out since I had enough gifts and all they required to receive the gift box but the app never registered it. I reached out and the were looking into it and never gotten back. Disappointed in this.

This is my second kid and the first time I used a register I just had two Amazon and target, since having him I’ve had other friends send me a registry and they used Babylist I liked the idea you can see all stores and price shop, but this app is a complete joke. First off I need a gift receipt I have to reach out to my friends to get it doesn’t come in the box, secondly they gave me a gift card through the app but can only be used to shop Babylist store only which the prices are much higher the hype is a joke please guys just keep your individual registry pulse with target you have a year to exchange something not with this app I regret downloading it.

I had a registry with them for months, and worked really hard on my list. Days before my baby shower my account was deleted and was no longer able to access it. No way to contact customer service except for email and still haven’t heard anything. Highly disappointed when i worked so hard to perfect my registry through them and now can’t view anything i saved or purchased and neither can my guests for my shower.

Love all of the helpful articles for pregnancy, nesting and parenting! I’m mainly using it to consolidate my registries and I find the app extremely difficult to use. The back button/function in the browser to add items never works. And it’ll be great to be able to just link my registries from various stores instead of having to compile a new comprehensive one (e.g. the knot, zola wedding regs).

I love this app it’s very good and it provides free stuff that’s literally amazing I love it so much!!

they have ZERO customer service agents. You must submit a request and wait days or in my case weeks for a response with and AI chatbot replying to act as if someone has read your request. They do not have a customer service number. They sold us a $1300 stroller and car seat combo that WAS 2 YEARS old; discount code would not work for this item and it was full price!! Car seats have a lifespan and ours is already 29% used before we pulled it out of the box. Stay far away. Read online reviews. They’re not wrong. Disappointed in babylist preying on expecting parents.

Application is deceiving and customer service are not helpful or understand. Never again would I use this. Very frustrating with customer service and it takes a lot to get me to that point.

For some reason it won’t allow others to go to my Amazon registry

I am a first time mom to be come March 2025. I naturally signed up for all baby registry’s individually to take advantage of the welcome boxes for items I am already purchasing but that is super overwhelming. Babylist has been THE BEST for tracking purchased items and things we still need from ANY store. I have been able to connect and merge all my other registries to make it easy to share with family and friends! I can compare prices from different stores and it updates with any sale prices automatically. It has so many incredible features I can’t even list them all! I guarantee it’ll make your life a lot easier preparing to bring a baby into this world. 100% worth it and the Babylist Welcome Box is THE BEST of all the major registries I’ve received welcome boxes from

First time to write a review, the worst customer service. It will be super frustrated for mom. As they never respond to your problem. Everytime you have to keep chasing them to get your replacement part. And I feel like try to find all the excuse to delay the order. First was saying my insurance did not approve and which is not true, as checked they approved like 3 weeks already. And this time, they say the part is deliver day so the insurance cannot claim, but then my order day is a week ahead and insurance claim should base on order day not delivery day.
