The app doesn’t work and my drs signed me up I can’t even get on it it will not load

screen loads forever upon opening the app but content never populates

I put in all my informal a new user it tells me they accept my insurance but keeps telling me to enter my information after it’s already been entered numerous times the screen never changes. So deleted the app and won’t use it.

Seem pointless can’t access everything like it a useless application

Apparently, you need a specific type of insurance to access the app. I thought this would be a good resource to have but I’ll stick with the other apps that don’t require me to use my insurance to access.

This would be a great app, but it’s not logging my blood pressure readings for me to go back and see.

Since the iOS update, this app is not opening or allowing users to log data.

The articles were great but within the past week the weight tracker and other features not available.

My nurse advised me to get the app to tract my weight and blood pressure, yet it never seems to work for me. It’s so unfortunate I’ve been looking forward to tracking my progress.

Wish I could use this app. It hasn’t been loading for the past two weeks. Bummer since it had helpful info.
