Backgammon Guru

I have used three other “tutor” apps over the last few months. This is by far the best one. There is a learning curve that one has to master in order to use all available controls properly. My game is improving. You make a decision and then erase it and let the computer show you the best, correct one. The you can decide whether to use the one you made or the one the computer suggests. This apps will become popular if people try it.

Displays all pips on bar as initial position. Impossible to play.

Backgammon Guru is very poorly programmed. It cheats! Several times I had 2 checkers on the bar, and it was at the very beginning of the game, and I could have put both pieces in play, but as soon as I took the first checker off the bar, black started their move. Also, the random dice generator gives black doubles after a few rolls and they are always double 4s, 5s or 6s. I got a few doubles but usually my doubles were almost always 1s or occasionally 3s. I want to have my money refunded.

I downloaded anotherBackgammon game and it became quickly boring because I just won every game one after another. But I downloaded this game, I’ve been playing it On beginner modeI’ve played six games and lost six games. I have been playing for a while, Statistically I should have won at least one of these games. Not worth playing. I do not recommend.

Also forced me to play upside down. If you wanna switch the board to move clockwise you have to pay.

Has trouble connecting to the server. When this happens the app gets confused and won't auto move the black pieces. Kind of spoils the challenge when you have to move your competitor's pieces. Such a shame, because it's so close to being a great app

I just this got game after checking out many other backgammon apps, and reading many reviews. I played several games in a row, just to watch that again and again the computer was able to roll consistent combinations its to cover it's a marker. The few times that I was able to find one of its that I could hit, The computer miraculously got down immediately and covered it's marker again. I am an OK player, and was looking forward to building my skills. Instead, I just sat there and watched as the computer won. This game has the option to push auto move instead of choosing for yourself where you place your markers. So I checked it out to see if it would give me any advantage. It just made the game go quicker so the computer would win. NO FUN TO BE HAD HERE!!

I just started playing this game, but I like it very much so far. Good for practice

I've tried few other apps and this is the best. It's great fun and an excellent challenge. You can play others online and at can be fun.Overall, this an excellent version and I'm sure you'll agree!

I can play this game every day. In game has structor amazing and best game type play. Play game and i get more fun
