Проблема вже була описана раніше. Ви не надаєте достовірну інформацію, коли пропонуєте купити підписку. Написано, що плата 2,99 в місяця(про те що буде стягнута за рік взагалі нічого не сказано) нахіба ви дурите людей? Треба було швидко знайти редактор, тиснула перший який трапився, для обробки однієї фотокартки 3$ було не шкода, але 30$ то вже забагато.

Про оплату

Як мені відвʼязати банківську карту від цього додатка? Хочу скасувати підписку. Дякую за відповідь!

Мені запропонували ціну за місяць, а зняли за цілий рік! Я обурена 😡 Програма не виконує тих функцій, які мені необхідні для редагування фону

Terrible weekly billing

Impossible to dispute after purchases

I downloaded this app because I needed a blank background for a school id photo. In the app I paid around 50 cents to use the tool I needed, there weren't any instructions on what I needed to do but for the most part what I had to do was self explanatory but ended up getting a editing job I could’ve did myself in photoshop. Regardless after that I made sure not to sign off for a subscription and even went to my settings to cancel the subscription they automatically put me in. Which was a free trial so I shouldn’t have gotten charged. I was continuously charged unknowingly twice for 10 dollars, so 20 dollars all together for not even opening the app. The thing is I don’t even care about the money they stole but now it has become a problem because not only is the subscription cancelled and I haven’t used the app since July, which was for a day. I now can’t download any apps free or not without putting in billing information because they’re charging me for another 10 dollars. I have reported this to apple and have been waiting to hear how they’re going to handle this situation.
