Billing issue

Please be careful when buying subscriptions because even if I choose 1 month, I was charged with 1 year fee.

The trial give me an error

And now the app wants me to pay for the subscription. Btw i use an iphone se 2020 with ios 18.1.1

Arra kelek hogy feliratkoztam egy hetes csomagra ami 10 dollár/hét és autómatán szedi le a pénzem hol ott egy 1 dolláros csomagot vettem egyszer egy alkalommal…..Átverés az egész nem ér semmit normálisan meg se tudod szerkezteni ráadásul még a számládról is szedi le a pénzt….

Whan access the app, they have 2 options : first one 1.99 for 7 days, and 129.99 for a full year access. They never show a subscription plan if first one is chosen. I was charged with 49.99 for a monthly plan i never subscribed, so be aware!

I downloaded this app because I needed a blank background for a school id photo. In the app I paid around 50 cents to use the tool I needed, there weren't any instructions on what I needed to do but for the most part what I had to do was self explanatory but ended up getting a editing job I could’ve did myself in photoshop. Regardless after that I made sure not to sign off for a subscription and even went to my settings to cancel the subscription they automatically put me in. Which was a free trial so I shouldn’t have gotten charged. I was continuously charged unknowingly twice for 10 dollars, so 20 dollars all together for not even opening the app. The thing is I don’t even care about the money they stole but now it has become a problem because not only is the subscription cancelled and I haven’t used the app since July, which was for a day. I now can’t download any apps free or not without putting in billing information because they’re charging me for another 10 dollars. I have reported this to apple and have been waiting to hear how they’re going to handle this situation.
