After the newest update, I noticed that I earn only half the coins for completing jobs - 960 to 480. I’ve never heard of a game that does that to its players. I notice you’ve added a “piggy bank” and some coins go there but it costs $6.99 to access those coins. I wouldn’t think you would be that desperate for money that you have to start making us pay more and earn less.

When I opened the app this morning, all my progress had disappeared. I had completed 5 cities, now I’m back starting again at Rome. I was logged in using my iCloud account. What happened?! Can my data be restored somehow?
This is an amazing game. Extremely informative. The only fault is that I find is that the rewards are not very rewarding and the scratch tickets are a joke. It is better to sell them for the hundred coins than to scratch them. I have yet to win more than 50 coins on them.
This game used to be amazing. Unfortunately the past year has come with no new updates until recently, but the new updates have tons of problems and tech support seems to have disappeared. There’s similar complaints on the games Facebook forums and reviews but no replies. I’ve played for years and had no problems watching frequent ads to earn tickets or coins, but it seems they are making changes to force more in-app purchases to make the game playable, yet have no tech or developer support for all the glitches and problems. Not worth the download unless the game goes back to how it was a couple of years ago.
All of a sudden the street musician no longer earns tickets. I’m not going to shell out millions of $$$ to play this game. l’ve already spent too much even with the availability of earned tickets but I simply can’t afford to play anymore. Frustrating because I invested so much time and $ to get almost all the way through the available countries. What a shame.
Ever since the latest update there have been several instances where the screen freezes for long periods of time. Mine froze today when I clicked on a job and now I can’t do the weekly mission......annoying!!!!!
I have submitted over 1000 question but they have been peer reviewed. I see no signs of my many jobs been used. I would like feedback. I have stopped writing jobs but enjoy and want to see either feedback. Or evidence of them being used.
The new update is causing the game to lag... questions appear but the options take a long time to load. Clicking on an attraction also takes up to 20 seconds to load. Also miss the passport.
The popcorn icon shuts off now rather than taking you to an advertisement
