Not a good shopping experience
3 things: 1) The app says it accepts AfterPay; however, it does not. It only offers Klarna and “ClearPay”, which seems like it’s AfterPay for countries outside the U.S.? But, I’m in the U.S. and planned to pay for my order in interest-free payments and wasn’t able to. Also, my Klarna wouldn’t connect. So, overall, the purchase options were frustrating. 2) I had been waiting all week for the “Black Friday Sale”. However, there was no additional sale on the items I purchased. That was disappointing. 3) I signed up for VIP access and discounts. The the discount code I received only took $2 off a $200+ purchase. It was a better discount using the ‘FREESHIP’ discount, which is available to everyone. I came to the website without realizing Black Friday was around the corner; thus, I had already planned to pay full price. If my purchase was contingent on better discounts and payment options, I would not have made this purchase.
