Thought I’d give it a go due to the 10% offer off the first order. The code doesn’t work that’s showing on the site.

There is an extensive range of clothes and styles, made to good quality and finish and at 6ft4 and 22 stone the fit at 3xl is perfect.

This app really didn’t feel secure, kept coming up with errors when trying to checkout. Really difficult and clunky - almost gave up as didn’t feel confident that my order would go through successfully even if I managed to get to pay! I had a large red box come up saying error and FRAUD which didn’t help to instil any confidence in this app. Would think twice about using this again and wouldn’t recommend.

Took me an hour to order 1 item, kept deleting my card details when picking a click and collect point and still didn’t put where I wanted to collect it from but from a different one from a past order….. Soooo frustrating!!!

I chose this site to shop on as it allows us carers discount ! Only to shop on their site and discover at checkout the carers discount doesn’t work !!!

Excellent quality, extra length and fit is Excellent.

So easy to shop, description of items are clear. Price is average. It’s shame not free delivery.

App is clunky but functional until you want to pay. I just got a red box saying Fraud and couldn’t proceed any further. Order went through fine on the site

The app had a slow start as I had been unable to actually complete an order but since updates I have had no issues ordering. What would make this app better: Being able to view detailed order history, without having to resort to logging in through a browser and being able to pay with Apple Pay or even allow autofill for card details
