Active policy details not reflecting in app.

I Can easily Track my Policy activities, make renewal payments, and receive timely notifications

I had three policies in Bajaj Alliance in the name of my family members. I can’t access that three policies on the same app. 🤷🏻 customer care asking for different mobile number for every policy. How to manage this ? My app is still under maintenance from 04 October 2024 till today. I can’t access anything on this app. What is the solution? Kindly update. 🙏🏻

App crashes when we try to login using OTP. Enter the OTP it will load and it crashes.

Not provided correct information.customers executive will open the fund statements with different values and app is showing different values of fund statement.This app not working properly.Automatically close and terminate.

It will always has to reinstall and don’t understand the purpose why they have created if they dont want to manage properly. This app always don’t work

The app hangs in my iphone 14 pro ios 18.2 version. Kindly fix the same. It hangs as soon as i press back button in the app or try to open a new service in the app

Every time I open the app it comes with more issues. App update shows us bug fixes but what you have fixed!! Even I can’t login. Its showing me an error of captcha required. Where is captcha on login page? Tried with multiple reinstalls but still facing same issue.
