not connecting to the internet
its weird that suddenly the app doesn’t recognize that i’m connected to the internet. whenever i open the app still prompts that i’m not connected to the internet when i clearly am.
Excessive ads
I find this game cute & fun but the ads are definitely TOO MUCH. Please reconsider reducing the frequency of ads cuz it’s getting really frustrating to play with ads popping up every 2-3 mins.
NEED NEW ITEMS AND UPDATE
this app badly needs to be updated. like adding some sort of folder where you can see all the items you owned. or light unlocking dishes that wasnt unlock before (which looks impossible) since there were old tasks but i hope you update and bring back the tasks again so that we can unlock the dishes and items. - NEED NEW ITEMS PLEASE!! BRING BACK THE WATCH AD TOO! (lol i'm broke)

Search Function for Gifts, Faster Loading
I love this game but i, along with many, would highly recommend adding a search function when sending out gifts for ease. The app also takes forever to load when I open the app and when I tip neighbors. If you could make that faster, that would be great!
IMPORTANT
This app needs update: 1. Need a tab that includes all the items that you own. 2. Restaurant Story has more items and stuffs that are more appealing. Lot of good designs too! While bakery story seems outdated. 3. There aren't any more new items, I have been playing this for 10 years and there were new items but very few. 4. Items that are opened from GOALS need some other way to be unlocked. Like spend diamonds or coins? THATS ALL, PLS HEAR US OUT. LOVE THE GAME SO MUCH 🤍
Bug?
Idk if this is a bug but if I switch account the account not in use does not sell food. So when I am away the food and money stays the same. Only the account logged on sells food when I am away. The logged out acc stays the same. This isn’t like this before. I tried different phones and it’s the same thing. I hope y’all can fix this. 😟😟😟
