Although vegetables are reasonably good, customer support is not upto the mark. Chat bot is so so. App is crashing 9 times out of 10 when I am trying to reach customer support to complain about a missed order or not so good vegetables quality

Worst app these guys delivered damaged item and no refund given they said they will pickup but nobody picked up the order

Anyways, please install this app before going through all the reviews.Because majorly its a horrible app. They ask you to buy membership and in return they promise you to delivery 250grams of vegetables daily. 1). There are not many varieties that they offer. Same repeating vegetables. Specially like eggplant, bottle guard etc. 2). They promise to deliver 250 of it. But it’s not true they send you less quantities. 3.) Not a reliable app. Bakul fresh you really need to work on everything.

Its not just user friendly but waste of money too. I have wasted so much time in installing and re installing app. Customer support isn’t helpful. Don’t buy their product.

The app doesn’t open after update today, not able to place any order What an update

This new version getting crashed, I’m not even able to launch is. How am I suppose to place order now on, fix ASAP.

App is completely unusable after recent App update. Now, I am stuck.

On time delivery and very fresh vegetables.

They do not have any customer support. This is local app I guess.
