Our upcoming (or already released, depending on when you read this) AI is trained to act as your virtual — and highly personalized — training coach.
Trying to increase your bench press, lose weight, get lean, grow your glutes, or get abs, wherever it might be. You can input your exact goals and current progress, and we’ll build a solid plan to help you reach those goals and monitor your progress as you go.
But it doesn’t stop there.
Every entry you make in the app helps train the model to give even better recommendations. Maybe you’ve been stuck on the flat bench for too long and hit a plateau — try switching to incline. Feeling bored with a specific exercise? We’ll suggest an alternative that targets the same muscles to keep things fresh. Ready for a personal record (PR) today? We’ll let you know.
