User friendly, functional and useful! Love the new look and feel Well done

Million and one clicks to generate a access code which is pointless, every screen is slow and app has unnecessary features. Every app update also makes you go through the sign up process process again from start. No gym integration so have to use two apps. Estate manager still uses WhatsApp and not app notifications. No idea when people have used your code or exited the estate with your code. Pretty pointless vs how other estates manage their apps.

I have never used such a slow app Very inconsistent

It would be so nice if Balwin spent more time and money conversing with its residents to find out what they do/don’t like instead of enforcing a glitchy, unreliable and terribly designed UI on to us in order to come and go. All the new system does is encourage residents to get their phone out while driving. And still you’ll be at the gate forever waiting for this app to open. Such a pity.

The application doesn’t grant access for my guests, I receive more than 20 notifications saying access granted, however, the gate does not open. I must escort my guests each time, what an embarrassment and inconvenience. Not to mention the poor service we receive from The Blyde.

Perhaps the least favourable part of living at The Reid is now having to pull my phone out, unlock with my face multiple times within 30 seconds, get 40 push notifications that I’ve arrived and have to generate multiple codes for my visitors. Terrible app, even worse onboarding.

App crashes upon registration. Can’t go to the next stage. Also seems to be data mining going on with this app.

This App does not deserve a rating at all, it’s soo Blotchy, also what happens when one’s phone is off and you need to access your home? We chose Balwin for its simplicity but seemingly everything is changing, thoroughly not impressed

The app keeps on losing my vehicle info. I tried logging out and back in, then all my information was gone and now I can’t log back in or add information. The app is pretty much useless.

The only functionality the app has is the ability to log snags in my apartment, of which there are many. Nothing else works. Not sure why this app exists. Just provide an email address where one can log snags and call it a day with the rest of this useless app.
