Banca Móvil Oriental

I just don’t know where to start…I have this APP in my 2 phones Android and this iPhone ,Works perfectly to open on IPhone,But on my Android Galaxy have to keep putting in my credentials,There is NOTHING in the APP To pay my credit card directly with oriental. It’s a 3rd party APP that you have to call whenever your account gets blocked on the website!!! And it’s not American. They keep me in a horrible Lopping,Horrible customer service. I really wish Oriental BANK would put to pay our credit card straight from this AApp,it’s always something with this App and bank

El peor banking app del mundo

I opened a bank account with Oriental Bank less than a week ago and I already decided to close it. The app does not work. 75% of the time it says it can't verify credentials and you have to log in and verify via text message again. Face ID and passcode don't work at all. The app is super retro, incredibly slow and the UI couldn't be more terrible, and there's very little you can accomplish. The desktop site is not much better. I can't even log in because the only authentication method I get is a phone call which I rarely receive. My account was also locked by their fraud department and I had to wait on the phone for 3 hours on several occasions and they never picked up the phone. I was only able to unlock it because I called the regular customer service line and they emailed them, twice before they actually got around to unlocking the account. This is my experience the first 5 days of banking (or trying to) with Oriental Bank. Definitely not looking forward to any more of this.

Most times user is unable to login using this app and if you try on the web browsers site you can. When you finally login, there a lot of information that you cant view because this app doesn’t allow you to scroll through the page. Simply, you cant view your account detalis!

No me abre…no logro entrar en mi banca personal

The company should invest more money on this app, and make it user friendly. I can’t even login anymore and it really frustrating.

I use it alot and it’s good but for some reason it isn’t working properly please fix thanks

Tienen un bug grabe la contraseña mi huella dactilar entro dos dias bien y luego no quiso entrar más. Esto está dañado y pones la contraseña correcta y no permite dice q es incorrecta luego te bloquean la cuenta esto es increíble …. Arreglen esto

Llevo dos Dias tratando de ver mis cuentas y no abre la app espero que no suceda lo de la otra vez que paso lo mismo y después las tarjetas no servían por supuestamente fraude
