No where near as it supposed to be
As one of the leading banks in Sri Lanka, the user interface is like a beginner level of coding, no face recognition, constant crashing, to check the history of account it takes serious effort plus, most of the screen is full of unnecessary data. It has been ever like this for long years ever since this started. Please step up to your task. Giving a 2 stars rating for the services still we can get done. But it’s the last when it comes to feasibility of the banking apps in Sri Lanka. The most common message I get, when I try to open the app is “ can not connect with servers please try later”
