Best Bank

We have been working with Bank of the Sierra for 25 years or more. Never had any problems or issues. Today they saw a fraudulent activity and checked with us before taking it out of the account! We LOVE a bank that knows us and what our spending habits are. Thank you for being the absolute best bank!!

Terrible

App won’t tell me my checking/savings amount without “error updating” popping up. Completely unreliable. Mobile depositing works maybe 50% of the time. This is peoples’ hard earned money they are depending on you to keep safe and make available to them. I’ll be switching banks entirely. Do better, Bank of the Sierra.

Not open on Saturday and not open after 5:30
