Bank5 Connect Mobile

I have to laugh at the whole “no overdraft fees” thing they don’t even let you overdraft if you need it, and regardless of all of that, I have not had the greatest start with this bank

I’ve had Bank5 Connect for a couple years now and have made it my mission to switch all my family over as well. The app works well (powered by DigitalInsight) and the customer service of this bank is awesome. Not only do you get great interest rates, you also get great perks like ATM surcharge refunds.

Period.

Easy to use. I recommend both the app and the bank.

Very basic app. Your typical cookie cutter template for a banking app. Also, there's no difference between this or their other app.

Nothing is working anymore. Please fix ASAP.

I've been using this app with no problem for almost a year. Was disappointing but not a deal breaker you can make external transfers on it. But now all of a sudden I can't even log in. Touch ID stopped working as did my regular log in. All is fine on the website so it seems to be just the app. Not sure how long I can keep these accounts if I can't access them!

Would prefer to see an innovative lay out, like the Chase app.

I am very glad to have selected Bank5 for my online savings account and their app is very easy to use, especially now that they've added check deposit via picture.
