I have been a customer over 30yrs and wouldn’t have any complaints but I l’m sad I may have to change banks because they do not offer zelle for money transfers and zelle will no longer be available if your bank is not offered..so praying before March they put it in place.

I’m trying to deposit a check through mobile deposit they said I have to wait for 3 business day before I could be able to deposit a check

I am having difficulty using the system. It says it cannot not be used at this time. Not sure if you are working on the option right now. I was able to send money a few days ago.

I still haven’t had my bill pay issues resolved

App and bank is way to outdated it’s not 1820 anymore it’s a digital age we need digital features!!

The bill pay tab shuts down the app. It worked yesterday.

Depositing checks online takes forever. I tried to deposit four checks last night and endorsed the back with my name and checking account number. This morning I was notified that the deposits were declined because I had not written “for mobile deposit only”. Give me a break.

Used for years. Now I often get “app error”. Can take many log ins to get what I need.
