A Nightmare Bank
Dealing with this bank has been nothing short of a disaster. Imagine having a credit card with an installment plan, only to find that you can’t figure out your monthly payment because the statement balance includes the full installment amount. Need clarification? Prepare to wait at least 20 minutes to speak to the call center, only to receive an unhelpful response that solves nothing. To top it all off, the bank tries to salvage its reputation by running a competition to win money—only if you leave a positive review. Truly, the most disappointing bank experience I’ve ever had.
