Book classes and our inclusive Health programmes via the app, you can even highlight your favourites to make them even easier to access.
We are all about wellness, so you can also book Spa treatments easily and quickly in the App, (Members get 20% off full-priced treatments).
Access our range of on-demand fitness videos so can keep fit whenever, wherever and check out the 'How Busy' tile if you want to see how many people are in your Health Club at any time!
You can also access the Member portal in the app where you can see your account details and access exclusive Member discounts!
APPLE HEALTHKIT
We also use HealthKit to allow users to share their activity and workout data with the app. This data is used to incentivise users to stay active.

Calendar options have changed

I now have to give app full access to my calendar to add classes which I won’t be doing!

Never works to book classes

After months of reporting issues, the app continues to brick itself come 9pm. Poor service team. This is causing members to be very angry

App now not working

Updated the app today and now not working so cannot book classes etc. anymore. like everything at bannatyne 2nd rate and done on the cheap!!

Booking system

Trying to book a class at 21.00 is too slow. It needs sorting out properly.

Love the Club

Been a members for about 10 years. Love the staff, gym and classes. It’s my lifeline.

Rubbish booking for classes

At the moment booking is very difficult too many members trying to book too few classes . At my gym in Norwich there is a WhatsApp group that books classes and cancels with information for group members to book asap after a member cancels

Won’t load after update

Completed the latest update, now the app won’t load so can’t book classes!

Great club, terrible app

Buffers regularly when trying to book classes. Recently, won’t open at all!

Terrible at 9pm

Absolutely dreadful trying to book a class at 9pm. Given up with classes now.
