Absolutely fantastic game from beginning to end and surprised how well it works with touch controls. However my one big gripe with the game is that it hasn’t been updated for newer iPhone(I have an XR) so the game isn’t full screen it has large black borders either side of the screen which was very frustrating at first and I could totally see how it would be a deal breaker for some.

You play it and you feel it’s a living classic. Gripping story, hard moral choices, innovative battle mechanics. Ah yes, and no save / load BS. Stop and play this.

I am absolutely in love with this game. Fantastic story, challenging fights. Nordic scenery and tales. For everyone who loves vikings, RPG and good story telling this is a must have

Gr8 turn based rpg.really deep in combat and upgrading charactors with some meaningful choices along the game!!But i gve this game only 4 stars because the game takes way too long to load before a battle.If u fix this Stoic that would be much appreciated,thx.Still i think people should pick this one up even at the price going for at the moment ;-)

This is a great little game with some quite nice suiting music that ads to the atmosphere. Looking forward to more titles from the developers

I do not normally write reviews, yet here I am. This game is absolutely brilliant for its genre. It is immersive, challenging, and worth every difficult decision you will have to make. It is very much worth your time. Be careful though, lives depend on your decisions.

This game has one of the best stories ever told to stand with your favorite band of characters it’s hard to explain it it’s just amazing I’m very emotional right now

The tactics elements are easy to learn but hard to master. There is sufficient depth there to warrant many replays of the storyline. Speaking of which… wow! Very mature, thoughtfully written characters. I love the dark tone and the Nordic influences on world building. Also, the crazy deviations caused by your choices in the world only make replaying more appealing. Can’t recommend this game (and series) enough. Really hope dev makes more games at some point.

I really enjoyed the game. It took me a few tries to learn all the intricacies of battle. It’s cool how the random situations /decisions required throughout the game can have a big impact on the outcome. My only complaint is that the game is actually rather short once you figure it out making the $10 price seem a bit much.
