Everytime I try to park the gps doesn’t work and asks me to park somewhere else, that makes me spend more time parking than actually cycling, most of the locks are broken and it takes minutes to force them when you have to lock the bike, guess what? You have to pay for all the time their bad UX makes you loose. Never gonna use one of these again unless they fix these problems.

After 15 minutes I arrive at the bike marked on the map to find that there was actually nothing there, they wasted my time and effort, the shame of all bikesharing

Ik heb 3 weken geleden voor het eerst een Baqme fiets gehuurd. Superhandig. Alleen hebben ze €12,- meer afgeschreven dan de rekening was. Zie dat nog maar eens terug te krijgen. Ze reageren niet op mails, social media berichten en het telefoonnummer wat er staat wordt ook niet beantwoord. Echt heel slecht.

Al vier verschillende fietsen proberen te unlocken maar alle fietsen zijn leeg. Dit kan je niet van te voren zien. Ontzettende trial & error. Klantenservice uiteraard niet bereikbaar. Weg met dit soort amateuristische initiatieven! En dan ook nog eens een storting van 15 euro eisen voor gebruik! Bah.

Ritprijs is 15,- maar totale kosten 26,- ?!?!

Meerdere malen gehad dat een accu leeg was terwijl ik al had betaald. Ik zou liever willen zien dat ze dan offline worden gehaald. Het is namelijk geen doen om te fietsen met kinderen zonder accu.

Alleen wacht ik nog op de update waarin je weer alle straat namen ziet! Ben nu teveel tijd kwijt aan het zoeken van de fiets. Soo please hurry up 😅

Used one to travel through the entirety of The Hague, WITH a friend in the “bak”. No problems whatsoever.

Terrible quality bikes. Flat tyres, broken seat clamp, unresponsive steering. You need to add at least 15 EUR to your wallet to ride which is not refundable if it is unused when you delete your account. Used a promo to try it out and ended up spending 27 EUR on a 1 hour, 10km journey.

Hele fijne bakfiets! Comfortable en van zeer goede kwaliteit.
