Ate twice recently on our visit to Manchester Lovely fresh , healthy food , suitable for myself as a gluten intolerant, I don't think I'd eat anywhere else or I'd struggle to find as nice

I have commented this is one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever seen. They only gave me 121 straws and 746 napkins. This is disgraceful!

every time i try to open app it says ‘cannot load please try again’ i’ve tried downloading again but still won’t work

I have gone into Barburitto for a double points day reward in the recent past, and they had not given me the double points they advertised all over the restaurant (on the day) and it was still valid. I looked into the app weeks later after no reply via customer services (which is non existent it seems) to no avail. They are currently and have been conning me for way too long. I claimed my side just yesterday but I think that’s me done with once my favoured eatery for lunch! Beware of this reward scheme and beware of the all year round spookily poor and underwhelming customer service from there guys. Poor poor poor.

My app for some reason doesn’t show how many stamps I’ve collected on it

I can’t log in after logging out, I am only getting the option of updating my details and it just doesn’t let me use the app!!

Portions are smaller and you’re asked to pay for the extras… you’ve paid for the extras 9 times already, surely the reward should include £1 guac? Ha.
