Barclays US Savings

All I want is to check my balance without signing in on a desktop computer. Is that too much to ask? I can't get signed in because "the network is busy", or it simply times out after I input my password & tap "login". The bar is low, & this app still doesn't manage to make it over the singular hurdle of allowing sign-ins for registered users.

The Barclay’s app is convenient for accessing basic information (balance, interest rate, most recent transactions) and for transferring money to/from external accounts. However, it only shows transactions for the past 90 days and does not give access to statements or other account information. This limitation severely limits its value. I expected better from an established international bank.

The app’s UI has 0 improvements in the past 4 years. Slow to transfer money to another bank. Wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.

Literally does not work

Can’t log in with known good credentials.

I’ve had a US savings account with Barclays for a while now, I think it’s a great bank so far, but this app simply doesn’t work. I’ve not been able to log in with my credentials a single time, just a message saying “we are currently unable to process your request”. Like what do I even do with that?

Same problem as years ago.

I’ve downloaded this app multiple times and each time when I try to log in it says access to the server is forbidden. This app is terrible. Can’t access my account unless I go on the computer.

All I can do in this app is view the amount in my savings account and see recent transactions. I can't transfer money or anything. I'm deleting the app, it's useless.

The app doesn’t work. There’s no maintenance or such, I can login on the website. Yet, the app tells me that my request to login can’t be processed. So the whole app is worthless. Too bad!
