This is meant to be a simple scanner app but you need to subscribe for simple functions is what’s stupid

There is absolutely no reason you should be charging a subscription for this app. Anyone looking for a barcode generator there’s a bunch of free ones on google.

Tries to charge you $3.99 a week! It was highly reviewed, but all the good reviews are clearly fake. Some reference different apps, some are generic and some are just gibberish. Apple needs to crack down on the fake paid reviews! Also, as soon as I opened it to scan, a full screen ad overlayed the entire screen with a near identical icon to this app’s icon, saying “update your QR code reader!” For a completely different app. Very deceptive. There are much better single-time payment QR code apps out there.

I like this app but it doesn’t have a YouTube QR code maker. There are other QR code makers that are better.

Don’t download.

Will take your money even when subscription has been cancelled!
