Finalmente un ejercicio que sí disfruto
He intentando ejercitarme de distintas formas y siempre acabo dejándolo a los pocos días. No se trata de que vea o no resultados en poco tiempo, sino de disfrutar lo que estoy haciendo en el momento, y este sí lo he disfrutado, a pesar del esfuerzo, ya que desde la primera clase se siente que los músculos están trabajando y mucho. En cuanto a la app, funciona de maravilla. No he tenido ningún inconveniente.
