PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
I grew up using Barrie Taxi, I used to love barrie taxi but recently after downloading this app and trying it again after so long I was completely disappointed! I found it very difficult to navigate the app. After getting my shoes on and sitting and waiting for this taxi I looked out my window and realized it had already been there and ran out as it had said seven minutes away on the app and I thought it was on the way STILL. I proceeded to actually get yelled at by the taxi driver about how I should signal them and let them know I’m coming if they don’t want me to leave and that if it weren’t for him doing me a favour him waiting there would’ve costed about $90 and continued to go on and on about how I was lucky that I got a good driver. I tried to tell him the situation and my thoughts on the app and not only did he cut me off and correct me when he had no idea what I was doing inside of my house waiting for this taxi, but proceeded to not only racial profile me but tell me that the app was perfectly fine and that I had no idea what I was talking about and not to get stressed about “Messing up”. The only thing I messed up that day was going with Barrie Taxi instead of Uber or any kind of other transportation service! I had a better and cheaper experience on the bus on my way home from work, then on the way to work which he may be late for because he accidentally took a wrong turn while lecturing me. If I could give a negative stars I would and I definitely learned my lesson
