First time user. Clipper could be easier if we could do it for multiple tickets. Cars and the station are very clean.. it was a quick one to Berkeley Downtown

When I try to add my clipper card or license plate, I get a weird error. "No credentials found in the store"

Can’t make plans using this app’s planner on my iPhone 12. When I attempt to enter the to & from stations from the drop down menu, the iPhone keyboard overrides it, so the only option is to type in the destinations,. The only result is a pop up note telling me to use the station’s correct name, which I did, manually. The iPhone and app won’t allow me to choose from the drop down menu, which appears and disappears to quickly to use. Évite the keyboard takes over. And no matter how correctly I type in the destinations, your app rejects it as inaccurate. Please fix this!!!

Never seen something so useless. Cant even buy a ticket. Then they force the clipper system with lame instructions and where you have to may more than your fair. Crooks! Highway robbery. Do they even know what user testing is?

What would be transportation in the Bay Area without your excellent service. Thank you. Happy New Year to BART and all its great employees!

I love riding the train twice a week.

I do have to pay for reserved parking once in a while. Even if I have a balance available in my Parking Wallet, there is no option to use it as payment. It is only available for daily parking which is frustrating as their published document states you should be able to either pay through single payment or parking wallet. Please fix the app to make the parking wallet available for reserved parking.

I’d like to suggest a map of the BART train line as it is displayed in the stations - put on app Home Screen - allow for touch of each stations brings up times and related info

Usually when I go to the station at Antioch the train remains stationary for about 4 or 5 minutes but today the train arrived while I was walking to it from the stairs and it closed it’s doors and left leaving me behind, it was very frustrating especially when they never do that.
