Basecamp - Project Management

I’ve always experienced frequent crashes with the app on iPhone and iPad, but the latest version now also freezes and bogs down my phone, sometimes requiring a reset.

It could be streamlined for mobile. There's just too many taps / clicks to get around and do things. Will you all be making UI a priority on mobile. For instance - it was great for you to finally improve image viewing by adding a gallery / click-thru view...but why isn't that available on mobile? Love Basecamp but we live in motion many of us. Would love to know your thoughts...

I just finished taking a year off from my project and opened up the app only to find that my account and data was canceled and permanently deleted. Unreal. Years of work and all of it gone. I can’t begin to describe how angry I am.

The site encourages you to log in with google, but the app doesn’t recognize your address if you log in that way. Useless.

I use my iPad a lot for work, unfortunately there is a draw back. At least one that i have found. I cannot save calendar events to my calendar because when it prompts me to change the setting, the setting to allow base camp to make adjustments to the calendar is not even available. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

The apps are now missing feature parity. Basecamp used to stand on offering the same features no matter how you accessed the platform, but that’s not the case anymore.

It is terrible

Basecamp is amazing for everyone working on our project. Not just for project managers.

I go tired of having several different apps and trying to manage my employees and business stuff within all of them, so I ponied up and paid for Basecamp, and it’s truly been a huge help. I like that regardless of if I’m using my phone, computer or iPad, all instances are seamless and reliable.

I love Basecamp. However my experience with iOS hasn’t been the best. Some of my main issues are: Uploaded photo/video thumbnails are loading 50% of the time When clicking on videos inside Basecamp to watch them, most of them are opening with no audio None of these issues happen with my android devices. Would love to see a fix soon! Also, I’d love to see an option to download all the content in a specific folder at once from my phone. Would save a lot of time. Thank you developers!
