can’t log into my account anymore. every time i try to continue with apple it crashes the app

I’ve had an account with them as a seller and it’s complicated. I posted 2 items to sell and because no one has boughten, the items were removed and I do not have the option to post/sell items!

how to contact for help? Im receiving an error message when I try to apply to verify on the app.

The app is kinda cool, not the most user friendly & it said I'll get $20 for downloading while I really got $10. Meh !

This is hands down the best resale site I have been on. It is a community of creatives. The one common theme throughout is the love of fashion and the arts. Love it!!!!

This could be the next great shopping app. I understand the vision and it’s executed better than other similar apps. The gifting feature is awesome and just in time for the holidays!!

It’s an amazing platform for young and established creatives who need a space to express themselves- and where their art can be seen by many and to ppl who fit the vibe.

I had a lot of problems with Basic Space's Support team. I have contacted them multiple times and no one answered me about important issues. App is full of bugs, hard to search/filter items and random video audios play as you scroll throughout the app. Could use a lot of fixes in the future.

Keyboard wont open when trying to type my 6-digit phone registration code. Failed to be able to use the app entirely. Please fix.
