I love baskin robins, but the app is not worth it doesn’t let me order and then when it decides to won’t let me change to delivery?

Texts me a verification code and then says my mobile number is already in use even though it definitely is not. So I can’t order or redeem points.

Would love to actually purchase from this business but the app says they cannot deliver to my postcode, is 4km too far for them to travel?

App is useless, attempted to place an order; card was charged and app came up with a network error and didn’t place the order. The 31% discount doesn’t make sense either, it’s not 31% off the total order, or 31% off the delivery fee, just seems to be an arbitrary number. Delivery fee is $7 too, Uber it’s $3 and has the same prices. No idea why you’d use this app.

Some items not available in certain stores, store wants you to cancel on app but there’s no cancellation option anywhere on app. Had to ring separate store to get any information

I'd use this app more often but 90% of the time the stores system doesn't work and I have to pay by eftpos, so I can never collect my points. Big waste of time having a loyalty app :(
